Commonly used industrial walnut shell
Walnut shell abrasives sand are made of high-quality pecan shells, which are crushed, polished, steamed, washed, and treated with antiseptic drugs, and then processed twice. This filter material is tough, wear-resistant, compressive (anti-pressure 23.4kgf), stable chemical performance, strong adsorption and dirt interception (absorption rate 27-50%), anti-oil leaching, easy backwashing and regeneration, low backwashing strength (6.7L/Sm2), fast filtration rate (24-26m/h), no compaction, no decay, never replace, only need to supplement 5-10% every year. The oil removal rate reaches 95%, and the oil content drops below 5mg/g. Suitable for oil fields, fuel-saving environmental protection equipment, etc.
Walnut shell filter material is a granular filter material that has been processed by degreasing, crushing, sieving, etc., with microporous surface and good adsorption effect. The product has been tested by Beijing Forestry University, Shandong Academy of Sciences Test Center, and Jiangsu Environmental Protection Research Institute. The performance and indicators are as follows:
(1) Strong compressive capacity Walnut shell particles with a particle size of 1.25-1.60mm have an average compressive limit of 0.2295KN (23.40kgf). Walnut shell particles with a particle size of 0.80-1.00mm have an average compressive limit of 0.165KN (16.84kgf).
(2) It has stable chemical properties, does not contain toxic substances, and dissolves very little in acid, alkali, and water. The loss of walnut shell in hydrochloric acid solution is 4.99%, and the loss rate in sodium hydroxide solution is 3.8%. Cause deterioration of water quality.
